Drawing from my personal journey, having been raised by a single mother and a father who struggled with incarceration, I am passionate about providing the support and guidance I wish I had received growing up. My own experiences have fueled my commitment to helping others develop essential skills such as emotional regulation, communication, boundary setting, and distress tolerance.
Beyond my professional experience, I am a passionate advocate for mental health and well-being. My personal interests include spending quality time with my family, engaging in thought-provoking reading on mental health and self-help, and practicing Brazilian Jiu Jitsu.
